Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times We work with trusted suppliers to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and supplier availability.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You won't be charged extra for this.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe.
